Welcome to Advanced Placement Chemistry, your soon-to-be favorite class!

Chemistry is the study of how substances interact with each other. At the end of the

year, you will be seeing chemistry all around in your everyday lives! Chemistry has

always fascinated me, and I look forward to sharing all of it with you!

All students will be expected to have all of the materials above. One notebook will be

your laboratory notebook, and the other will be a homework notebook. The loose paper

is for notes and other class assignments. Handouts, quizzes, tests, and notes will be

kept in your binder. I want you to keep these neat and organized; homework and

quizzes are great study guides for tests.

*I am always in need of markers, tissues, and paper towels for my classroom and

laboratory. It is certainly not required, but if you wish to bring any of these items for the

classroom, it would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking forward to a great year with you all!
